• Oversee accounts with a total headcount of 250 resources, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain high levels of service for both clients and contractors throughout the contract duration, addressing any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee daily concerns and administration such as letters (Ajeer, Employment, Salary with or without Chamber), Exit re-entry, VISA, Iqamas, Payroll Processing, Attendance and Timesheet, PO Tracking and Acceptance, and Quotations Preparation and Updates.
• Handle all interactions with clients, providing backend support and ensuring their needs are met.
• Facilitate the smooth onboarding of candidates/contractors, ensuring completion of all required documentation and proper mobilization.
• Ensure proper documentation and requirements are met for onboarding and ongoing compliance, managing all necessary paperwork.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and requests in a timely manner (e.g., weekly/monthly reports, pay summaries).
• Collaborate with Service Delivery teams for the timely and high-quality mobilization of contractors, ensuring client authorization.
• Ensure the completeness, quality, and accuracy of contractor data within MS AX.
• Track and complete all contractor requests in a master file.
