Responsibilities
• Checking the entries posted in SAP
• Comply with controls and policies in day to day operations
• Closing the books of accounts in complete, timely and appropriate manner
• Prepare monthly activity statements and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly balance review scorecards
• Monthly monitoring of Key Controls and providing solutions resolve key control issues
• Managing the internal and external audits

• Successfully Implemented SAP for Warehouse and developed the interface between SAP and front end systems including staff training and system integration
• Interacting with peers and higher management staff to get proper controls in business
• Timely completing the month closing activities

 Preparing the financials for Supply Chain Management and preparing the bills to be charged to BUs using Warehousing facilities.
 Responsible for month end closing of books of accounts. Timely closing of books of accounts, correct cost center accounting, and proper allocations to all the 3 BUs were some of main points to be taken care off at the time of month closing.
 Calculating the provision to be provided on receivables, provision on bonus payable to sales and management employees.
 Making provisions on expenses if not actually received….e.g. Leave passage, telephone, vehicle hire expense.
 Preparing the yearly budget for the 3 BUs under Supply Chain management.
 Doing the analysis of expenses expended by the 3 businesses of Supply chain management.
 Keeping close eye on the expenses incurred when containers come on the port and clearing them and transporting them to warehouse.
 Prepared Employee wise manpower file for SCM to keep a track of employee’s turnover and replacement and new hiring.
 Weekly reporting of Sales and cash flow of SCM to management
 Automation of monthly financial reporting, revenue file and cost center wise accounting
