Site: Dhaula Kuan Metro Station & Tunnel Ventilation Building and IGI Airport T-3.
Fields:

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Involved in Execution, testing and commissioning of HVAC and electrical services.
• Logic and operation of AHU with SEF and SPF in fire mode including its all
motorized fire damper and pneumatic fire damper.
• Modbus Integration with escalator, platform screen door and hardware
integration of Lift.
• Logic and operation of chillers with primary pump, secondary pump, condenser
pump and cooling water fan according to control valve in inlet and outlet line.
Also with value of all immersion temperature, brass flow meter and flow switch.
Also each DPS in inlet and outlet line of pumps.
• Testing and commissioning of IBP (integrated backup panel)
• Integration of lift, escalator, Motorized isolation valve, hydrant pump, TVS (tunnel
ventilation system), SEF and SPF, blue light station with IBP (integrated backup
panel)
• Testing of DG, AHU, and FCU.
• Monitoring of reverse osmosis plant in SCADA (Honeywell)
• Installation of Sensors in AHU and chillers.
• Commissioning of access control of doors in TEMA line server (product of Honeywell)
• Installation of level switch in seepage pump pit, sewage pump pit, fire tank, raw
water tank.
• Operation of SEF and SPF in case of fire.
• Also operation of chillers with VFD (potential free drive)
• Logic and testing of ASS (auxiliary substation) with DG including MLTP and MDB
essential panel.
• Modbus integration of MFM (multi function meter) and ACB of electrical panel.
• Installation of cable tray and cabling.
• Logic and operation of hydrant pump and jockey pump according to level switch in fire tank.
• Logic and operation of public area lighting panel. It's operating according to 25%,
50%, 65% and 100% within 24 hours.
• Logic and operation of fire and plumbing drainage.
• Handling all site issues. (dependencies from client side, material issues, deal with Contractor or manpower and documentation)
• Configuration of Servers & Workstation. (HMI & SCADA)
• Programming with Engineering Tool, Importing and Binding Graphic Screens at the workstation & server for monitoring and controlling the operation using
software (Honeywell EBI R410)

Installation Activities of BMS, ACS, CCTV & Fire detection systems.
