Key design experience in railway signalling and control systems, telecoms, MEP, civil Eng and P/way division working across several projects in UK namely- Newport, Cardiff Signalling Upgrade, Crossrail, London Gateway and North London Line Upgrade
Extensive site experience in installation and testing of various signalling and telecoms equipment and hold a valid PTS.
Key point of contact between site (construction and test) and design team both offshore (India) and within the UK
Authored various reports on option development for London Gateway telecom project, Civil Package of Great Western Electrification scheme and Victoria Railway Signalling Scheme
Good knowledge and application ability of Yellow Book - Engineering Safety Management, CENELEC standards, CDM regulations for Railway applications and safety, Network Rail Standards

Responsible for detailed design deliverables of signalling safety critical systems.
Role: Reporting to the Design Manager, working on various resignalling schemes and bids. The list of responsibilities spans from producing location area plans, detailed location and REB designs, control tables, source updates, correlation updates, handbacks, liaising with the UK counterpart for modifications and engineering updates. Mentoring junior designers to incorporate safety standards and processes in deliverables to achieve quality outputs.

Job scope was to deliver safe and error free designs in agreed timescales and set quality according to the contractual requirements.
Role: Reported to the Design Manager, producing SSI and RRI detailed design deliverables and westcad designs for various projects like Newport Signalling Renewal, Kettering - Harrowden Junction enhancement, Evergreen Resignalling and Rugby-Nuneaton. Worked on Sub-Surface Railway (SSR) Upgrade (London Underground) - ‘Interoperability Design Strategy’ bid, conceptualising the strategy for using ATC system to resolve interoperability requirements between Network rail and London underground infrastructures to maximize operational flexibility and speed.
