Field: Offshore producton platforms, Central precessing facilities & Tank farm; Develop and review Electrical system design packages, specifications, data sheets, MTO, scope of works, hazardous area classifications and equipment selection, etc. Develop, evaluate and review Electrical system engineering design for reliability enhancements and required modifications/upgrades.
Develop and maintain the reliability reports for Electrical systems. Provide day-to-day technical support to operations and maintenance to troubleshoot Electrical system related issues.
Lead Electrical system failures and trips investigation and produce the associated reports.
Review the equipment historical data and conduct obsolescence and retrofitting studies.
Lead, monitor the efforts in troubleshooting and investigations and determining the root causes of failures for several types of Electrical system related equipment such as MV and LV Switchgears and MCCs, LV Transformer, distribution panels, field LV loads, ESP pumps, cable / overhead lines, diesel / gas generators, heat tracing cables, cathodic protections and etc.
Field: Offshore production platforms, Central processing facilities & Tank farm;Project/design approval; field inspection of operating facilities; material receiving inspection; witnessing and surveying of electrical and instrumentation works performance; witnessing and surveying of instruments field calibration and testing; witnessing and surveying of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems; preparation Scope of Works, MTO, Specifications, data sheets etc., participating in trials projects such Electrical submersible pumps, Down hole well heating, Water injection, jet pumps, induction heating, witnessing Factory acceptance tests for various equipment such as generators, transformers, switchgears, UPS, VSD, pumps
Witnessing and surveying of electrical and instrumentation works performance; witnessing and surveying of hydraulic testing of process pipelines; witnessing and surveying of instruments field calibration and testing; witnessing and surveying of pre-commissioning; commissioning and testing of pumps, air compressors; witnessing and surveying of pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing of electrical switchgears, control panels; witnessing and surveying of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing of lighting system; witnessing and surveying of pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing of heat tracing system; witnessing and surveying of pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing of emergency shutdown system, process control system, fire and gas alarm system, and fire fighting system.

Seconded to GAMA A.S. to supervised construction installations and pre-commissioning activities such as field instrument and electrical installations, calibration (Flow/pressure/temperature/level instruments and control valves, PSV, PCV etc...) in accordance to the project specifications. In addition involve on the Loop check, trouble shooting and punch list clearing. Construction installations, commissioning, adjustment, trouble shooting and operation of instruments manufactured by: Foxboro, Rosemount, Masoneilan, Endress Hauser, Neles Automation, Dresser, ABB, Wika, Lamtec, Fireye, Draeger.
Protection and automatic control, High Voltage test supervise job. Responsible for the High Voltage Cable test, Low voltage isolation resistance cable and motor test, motor winding test etc....Responsible for the electrical pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities as per the project specification requirements.
Repair, calibration and maintenance of loading equipment (traveling and bridge cranes, forklifts), electromechanical equipment of locomotives and ships; provision of permit to operate crane in regards to the safety and loading requirements
Construction, commissioning, star-up, maintenance and repair of 0, 4 - 220kV overhead lines; preparation and coordination of work schedules, site surveys, MTO, installations and electrical permits to work.
