Responsibilities
•Process Modelling and Optimization
•Review & Contribute to formulation of Operations Manual for new projects and review/update existing ones
•Carries out Feasibilities studies, FEED and Detailed Engineering Design, costing and contract T&C
•Performs all Process and Utilities Engineering Design - Vessels and Equipment sizing, Process Modelling and Analysis, PEFS mechanization, Flare Studies etc
•Ensures Engineering projects are delivered within the budget and in line with the established KPI’s.
•Reviews all Technical integration inputs for process and utilities projects
•Performs Technical and Commercial Evaluation of project quotations
•Defines project goals, objectives and critical success factors.
•Undertake Process Troubleshooting and de-bottlenecking studies and recommend solutions to optimize existing installations (Safety, Environmental, Production, etc.)
•Leads site visits, pre-studies and basic studies for process-related modifications/Upgrade to existing installations
•Participate in PTR, HAZOP, PSSR and SIL meetings
•Preparing Process Facilities Engineering Analyses for FDP studies.
•Provide process support for Onshore/Offshore technical operating problems, commissioning, Start-up, Ramp-up & Shutdown
•Liaise with Maintenance and Operations teams to enable planning and scheduling of engineering works.
•Review & Contribute to generating of Operating Envelope Analyses, Operating Philosophy, Operating and Maintenance manuals for new projects
•Performs Discipline Flawless Project Delivery report
•Contributes to the preparation and implementation of the company’s business plan and securing JV Partner Approval.
•Prepares Project Cost Analysis (OPEX and CAPEX), Controls operating budget
•Develop, Modify/review scope of Work Procedure and PEP in line with specs and industry standard
•Preparing project cost estimates, Data for procurement of Process Items.
•Leads preparation of Gas Processing, Utilization and Monetization Analysis

Project : Alternative Crude Evacuation Route- Pipeline Project
Roles and Responsibilities

•Designing, via process calculations and simulations, the applicable piping and header sizes required on the new pig launcher and receiver
•Performing Flow Assurance calculation
•Performing Hydraulic Calculation, Pipeline depressurization report.
•Performing Site visit for data collection / verification.
•Ensuring technical equality, design integrity and correct and safe application of process engineering codes and standards
•Provision of process engineering related service required within the functional role of process engineering team.
•Preparing Technical reports and follow up of process design studies or activities.
•Performing all necessary process simulations and pipeline hydraulics analysis,
•Establishing process equipment and pipeline sizing and operating conditions.
•Maintaining an up to date multidiscipline Design Basis, as well as PFDs and P&IDs.
•Development of Operating Manuals.

Project : Assets Information Management (Gas Game)
Roles and Responsibilities
Nigeria LNG Limited is an Operational Company for Natural Gas Liquefaction
•Performing Site visit for data collection / verification.
•Coordinating the activities of Process Engineering Team
•Preparing Process Flow Diagrams, Process Safeguarding Flow Scheme and P&IDs. (PID Mechanization)
•Monitoring project progress
•Preparing Technical reports and follow up of process activities.

•Review of proposed deviations and recommendation for project management approval.

•Interfacing with other Discipline to ensure integration of activities.
•Ensuring technical equality, design integrity and correct and safe application of process engineering codes and standards
•Preparing Line List, cause & Effect Chart, Hazardous Area Classification (HAC)
•Provision of process engineering related service required within the functional role of process engineering team.
•Providing process engineering support for daily operations in the areas of process engineering and facilities troubleshooting, optimization and debottlenecking of any Process related issues in the LNG Plant
•Responsible and accountable for technical integrity and fitness for purpose of all assigned Projects.
•Validation of all designs, calculations, scopes of work, specifications, bills of quantities, drawings and reports.

•Review of proposed deviations and recommendation for project management approval.
•Interfacing with other Discipline to ensure integration of activities.

Project : Asset As-built on Forcados Yokri, Saghara, Northbank, Southbank Flowstation and Yokri Gas Compression Station.

Roles and Responsibilities

•Coordinate, supervise, review, recommend and provide feedback on issues between internal department, and contractors to meet overall project objective on cost, quality, schedule and safety.
•Mark-ups of Process Drawings
•Performing Site visit for data collection / verification.
•Performing Pipeline hydraulics and Pipeline Isolating Procedures.
•Preparing Process Flow Diagrams, Process Safeguarding Flow Scheme and P&IDs.
•Preparing bid packages with process engineering input and cost estimate
•Prepare specifications complying with codes and standards, regulation and company requirements.
•Incorporating comments from clients
•Reviews Invitation to Bid documents submitted in the proposals stage, prepares man-hour estimates and provides input to project execution plan
