• Manage a team of 75 employees including sales managers / brand managers.
• Responsible for sales and promotions across a variety of retailers throughout the Sultanate of Oman.
• Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements to drive towards maximum profitability and growth.
• Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.
