Preparing and monitoring Shop Drawings, Material, Technical and Subcontractor Submittals Register.
Shop drawings drafting and finalization prior to submittals and proper implementation at the site.
Preparing the technical, MS, PQD, materials and sample submissions of Suppliers/ Subcontractor for Consultant approval.
Arranged meeting with subcontractor/ supplier for Technical, materials, sample submittals as per project requirements for proposals and final quotations approved by Procurement Dept.
Ensuring that material submittals are submitted on time and approval obtained before it is to be required at site.
Preparing of request of Subcontractors/ Suppliers as per specification, BOQ & Drawings
Ensure that approved materials/ technical are properly distributed to the site, subcontractors/suppliers.
Follow up Consultants and subcontractors for Construction Drawings/ shop drawings for site execution and documentation/ record.
Checking Architectural, Structural and final drawings if all details are matching or not.
Raising RFI/ Technical Queries for discrepancies of approved authority drawings versus Final drawings.
Reviewing and checking subcontractors shop drawings prior to Consultant submission. Coordinate shop drawings with related trades.
Preparing in-house sketch/ shop drawings if required by site.
Attending technical Coordination meetings with the Consultant and Subcontractors.
Preparing minutes of meeting for the technical meetings.
Preparing correspondences to Consultant, RFI’s and update/ maintain logs for drawings/materials.
Prepare daily report and progress/ monthly report to be submitted to Consultant.
Ensured that Construction Drawings, Guarantee Certificates, O&M Manuals are prepared, reviewed, submitted approved to consultant in a timely manner and in accordance with contract agreement.
Scheduling and monitoring the activities of the draftspersons.
As-built drawings and preparation of drawings rquired for ADM & ESTIDAMA.
Assist in preparations of contractual claims, EOT & other contractual related matters.
Liaising and preparation of documents for Trakhees, NAKHEEL and other authority to obtain NOCs/ permit.
The Company design, supply and build all types of office furniture/furnishings, interior fit out, interior finishes, etc. Projects and clientele: government agencies and private companies- Abu Dhabi Police-GHQ, ADNOC, Emirates College, etc.
Develop avant-garde as well as traditional design and furniture concepts.
Complete space plans, programming documentation
Responsible in site verification/ surveys of office building/leased space/area for fit-out.
Prepare contract documents as per Tender, RFQ & BOQ, technical interior architectural details, and selection/specification of finish materials and furniture in presentation boards.
Review engineering drawings to ensure compliance with design solutions
Provide project administrative support to include quality control, drawing reproduction, submittal processing, record keeping, etc.
Support manager in ensuring the project(s) meet budget and schedule expectations
Work independently as head designer of project team dedicated to a single project, or to multiple smaller projects simultaneously
Meeting with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and regulatory agencies
Assist in managing client expectations & communications
The Company manufactures in-house all types of retail furniture, shop-in-shop, wall units, sales counters, desks, displays, etc. Projects handled: Cartier, Hermes, and Robert Wan.
Responsible in retail designing, interior fit-out and digitizing in CAD Architectural and technical drawings: Plans, Elevations, Sections and spot details of joinery/ connections, including specification of materials.
Involved in actual measurement and site inspections of proposed office building/leased space/area for fit-out.
