• Performing bank reconciliations on monthly basis to ensure correctness of all bank balances and resolve outstanding reconciling items
• Reconciling supplier’s statement of account against the company’s records
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct

• Daily reviewing and posting of credit card transaction
• Conducting payment follow up with customers Performing month-end and year-end closing entries
• Maintaining historical records by filing documents and ensuring proper keeping and maintenance of all financial documents
• Managing the Human resources file of the employees and handles Payroll accounts
• Responsible for preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns with FTA in line with UAE VAT regulations on time
• Preparing the documents required to be submitted to Dubai Customs for import clearing

Plans financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and external regulations; identifying risk areas; preparing audit scope and objectives; preparing audit programs;
• Performs necessary financial audit fieldwork through audit procedures and techniques
• Assists in planning the audit strategy and performance of walkthroughs
• Executes substantive procedures as indicated in the audit programs and prepares all audit work papers
• Preparation of the independent auditor’s report, audited financial statements (including notes to financial statements)

Audit Engagements
• Assessing the business and its financial statement accounts and setting of audit materiality Identifying and assessing business risks arise from walkthrough of various business cycles (revenue cycle, disbursement cycle, payroll cycle, etc.) Gathering evidence as to the effectiveness of operations and testing of internal controls
• Obtaining evidence to test management’s assertions
