Duties and Responsibilities:
• Clean around the machine before start work.
• Transfer plates with forklift from Shearing machine area to punching plate.
Turn on the power supply.
• Put the plate in the table and align it properly.
• Open the Arianna software.
Open the Yamamah tower program on computer screen display.
• Select the program required. If program is not available, open the new program then enter the required parameters based on drawing that is, holes, distances, plate dimensions. Length, width, thickness. Reset the computer to save the new program in the Yamamah power program.
Turn on the key beside the control panel to operate the machine. • Press start on the screen to install the program.
1. Select the dimension for punch and die according to the drawing.
2. Normal clearance should be approximately 8-10% of thickness of material being punched.
3. Material Processing specifications - material width from 100mm to 800mm, material length from 100 to IOOOmm, material thickness from 6mm to 25mm, material weight 200KG.
4. Punching Specification - Punching Capacity rating 100 metric, full stroke punch ram position tolerance of punching I .6mm. Punch thickness & dia.
30mm Dia, Throat 25mm.
5. Marking unit specification - Character depth I .6mm, character height 14mm.
• Inspect the 1st piece thoroughly for all the dimensions, record variations if any and modify the program if required. Get the piece inspected from QC inspector before starting mass production
• Clean around the area after work.
