•Guiding the project engineer in compiling and submitting the Reports to the Client/Main Contractor-Monthly, weekly and daily reports.
•Attending the weekly work progress meeting.
•Design Check, drawing approval from client/consultant.
•Suggesting improvements in tender design (through RFI) for overcoming tender deficiencies if any; cost saving through re-engineering.
•Material approval from MEP consultant.
•Techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with vendors at execution stage
•Work certification, payment follow up with client.
•Work certification of Labour supply Contractors, issuing payment clearance for Vendors.
•Projection of manpower requirement to HR department and working capital, fund flow details to Finance department.
•Complying Safety rules at work site.
•Mandatory Submission and approval with relevant civic authorities- Municipality, Civil Defense, Electricity Board, Water authority (e.g. DEWA)
•Handing over activities comprising of compiling handing over documents - warranty certificates, operation and maintenance manuals; training the operators of client
•Ensuring clearance of all snags during defects liability period and collecting the retention amount.
