• To supervise / coordinate instructors / work times, team members of the programs.
• To adhere and contribute to the financial and budget planning, P&L and forecasting
• Work with marketing department to drive opportunities for acquisition, conversion and retention of clients.

• Liaising affairs, accommodation of facilities between ASPIRE ACTIVE and ASPIRE Operations.

• Successfully restructured the teen boys program introducing 2 different age groups (12-14 and 15-17 years of age)

• Instructing fitness classes for men including
• Supervising and preparing Gym workout programs for men based on different goals timeframes and current/recurrent injuries,
• Instructing fitness classes for teenagers
• Preparing and updating training programs templates for all activities instructed,
• Researching new training methods and concepts and safely integrate them into current programs,
• Holding in-house presentations and demonstrations based on further education courses and new training methods to be integrated in the program,
• Organizing events and fitness challenges for members,
• Participating with interactive fitness demonstrations in events organized by the Government for the society such as “Wheels and heels” yearly event, and Qatar National Sports Day,
• Preparing monthly informational slides for members called “Tip of the month”,
• Following and reinforcing the health and safety standards, in the training areas and regularly checking the emergency exits,
• Checking all the equipment in all the training areas and reporting any malfunctions or damages,
• Acting as Deputy of the Program Leader whenever necessary.
• Assigned as Deputy of the Program Leader in different situations,
• Successfully trained together with AA team, a group of 380 police officers for their annual physical tests. Action awarded by the Head of Police in May 2012,
• Successfully implemented a new type of class for the program called Recovery in 2011(by using active and developmental stretches, foam roller exercises for myofascial release, and trigger points self-release with tennis balls for a head to toes recovery class),
• Successfully developed the Core Strength and Stability Workout since 2010.
Assisting the Recreation Manager in day to day operation (32 Staff) composed of Fitness Center, SPA (6 Treatment Rooms), Outdoors Pool, Private Beach, Water-sports Station, Squash and Tennis Courts and Kids Club,
• Maintaining the guest’s satisfaction,
• Ensuring and reinforcing of health and safety standards,

• Preparing the yearly budget and monitoring the P&L,
