Bid Management: Prepare technical/financial proposals and respond to bids, RFQs and RFPs for MEA/Gulf (Qatar, UAE KSA, Kuwait, Oman…) Africa and Europe regions (in English, French and Arabic).

Get a full understanding of market Enterprise Content Management products in every area, including but not limited to: functionalities, latest technologies, data model, integration points, etc...

Write Functional Specification Document and Technical Specification documents.
Develop modules on top of EverSuite Platform using .NET framework on various projects such as:
-Qatar Exchange - ECM project.
-Qatar General Insurance - ECM project.
-General Authority for Civil Aviation KSA - ECM project.
Perform testing on several projects such as:
-Qatar General Insurance - ECM project.
-Ministry of Commerce and Industry KSA - ECM Project.
-Dubai Police UAE - ECM Project.
-Lebanese General Security - ECM Project.
Perform several IT infrastructure tasks.
Offer training to clients.
