- Send copies of issued LC's/amendment to insurance companies
- Follow up receipt of insurance policy without delay.

Documents and Settlements
- Create bills in TI incorporating all documents received data
- Settlement of all types bills received under LC's
- Prepare remittance and reimbursement and refusal swift/mail messages/settlement advices/documents received advices)
