Additionally, I acted as a subject matter expert for taking major approvals, implementing financial frameworks, complying with regulatory requirements, and building enduring relationships with stakeholders.

The following are highlights of my contributions to Breitspur Planungsgesellschaft mbH (BPG);

☛ Led initiatives to extend the existing broad-gauge line to the twin-city region Vienna - Bratislava and establish logistical terminals in Slovakia and Austria.

☛ Strategically coordinated end-to-end public assessment procedures in Slovakia and Austria, implemented political and corporate processes, and negotiated / finalized inter-governmental agreements.
