- Develop annual Quality Audit plan relevant to all aspects of Company approvals
- Supporting QA director in developing internal procedures
- Compliance with the EASA/CAR/FAP 145 requirements & staff certification.
- Specific audit procedure by line of product;
- Principles when deviations are noted on a line of product
- Planning and performing audits
- Common audit procedures for several lines of product;
- Continuous assessment of Audit findings to establish areas of Audit findings to establish areas of high risk and provide feedback to the management
- Coordinate and follow-up with relevant departments to ensure on time and correct closure of Audit findings
- Compile monthly Audit & Surveillance reports to the management
- Participate in relevant Quality & Safety, Management meetings to highlight areas for improvements
- Safe product delivery
- Customer’s requirements satisfying;
- Specific audit procedures concerning working shift conditions;
- Audits during the performance of work(where applicable); Product audit.
- Grouping of audits (example - audit in LM/BM include audit maintenance data, records, facilities, staff and etc)
- External audits (organizations)
Activity involves:
- Managing ground handling (IL-86. Tu-134, Tu-154, B-757, A-320, B-737, IL-96, B-767)
- Handling operational matters at the airport
- Liaising with airport authorities, GCAA
- Managing charter and cargo flights
- Managing contracts
- Managing customer relations
- Staff management
- OPS 1 & 3
