Provides supervision to all staff members to make sure they meet the requirements of the brand in providing excellent service & customer satisfaction. Perform & review daily, weekly & monthly commercial reports in order to monitor sales & density of the store & how the business performs in terms of profit. Monitor stocks thru stock MIN file to make sure that store & customer requirement are always being met based on stock availability. Perform monthly internal in store audit to assure that store is compliant with Loss Prevention & Audit requirements to meet benchmarks. Conduct in store brand training & update new product launch to the team to make sure all are up to date & well knowledgeable about the products available to offer to customers & build their confidence to sell.
Operates and repairs manual and automatic hydraulic and pneumatic molding machines that encapsulates wire bonded units using a compound material which is plastic in composition to protect the units from any damage or malfunctions that can be caused by any substance or foreign material, extensive heat or coldness of the temperature that it can go through during its operation and then transacted and transferred to the next station process.
Accommodate and assists customers within the shop, introduce new products available, its special features and usage and prices. Inform customers on future products of the store that will be released in the market.
Dealing with customers needs and concerns for a corresponding project. Canvassing and estimation of materials in different construction depots that will be used in a certain project of the company and coordinate with the customer for their approval of the cost that will be needed.
Installation of PABX cables and wires of telephones and computers that will be used in communication purposes in urban areas and mostly in rural areas.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Computer literate, MS Word, MS Office, Service Representative, Sketching, drawing, plan layout reading and estimations. Licensed driver (Philippines)
