Provides technical support to the users of PCs and peripheral equipment
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computers both hardware and software.
Recommend improvements and innovations
Assist in management of virus control systems
Assists in maintenance of backup and files security for PC’s.
Assists network administrator in set-up of computers on the Domain or Wide Area Network.
Manage and assist in Microsoft Outlook email system
Manage & handle IT acquisitions and IT contracts
Supports users on the utilisation of PCs and workstations for networking, printing and plotting, networking software, network file system, maintaining routing tables and workstations and accesses other computing systems.
Installs in-house developed Applications, Enterprise Resources Planning Application, and Clients and off-the-shelf packages.
Sets up and installs audio/visual equipment for office events and conferences.
Performs other similar or related duties as assigned.
Responsible for the network operations on the company’s corporate systems as well as the systems installed in the Philippines, Vietnam & India
Manage & handle IT acquisitions and IT contracts
Manage, monitor & maintain backup & archiving, shared drive disk space, email system
Assist in maintaining the asset register including labeling and recording all assets.
Support users on the utilisation of PCs and workstations for networking, printing and plotting, networking software, network file system, etc.
Respond to directions from Management Group & recommend and innovations
Prepare IT capital budgets and provide recommendations for expenditure
Preparation of copy of Images of operating systems and Microsoft application to be deployed on all the PCs.
Install in-house developed Applications, Enterprise Resources Planning Application, and Clients and off-the-shelf packages.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computers both hardware and software.
Assist in the testing of new configurations and new installation procedures as deemed appropriate.
Troubleshoot and resolve users’ problems at remote sites in
co-ordination with the IT Help Desk (System).
Configure computers for new joiners as required, and conducting IT overviews on their first day.
Assists network administrator in set-up of computers on the Domain or Wide Area Network.
Provides support for site offices, installation and relocation in issues related to implementation of LANs, PCs and workstations.
Maintain a knowledge base for problems and solutions log to be used by other technical support analysts.
Sets up and installs audio/visual equipment for office events and conferences.
Manage & coordinate IT Professional Development & training as required.
Assist in management of virus control systems
Manage and assist in Lotus Notes Administration.
Perform other similar or related duties as assigned.
Plan, coordinate, direct and design IT related activities of the company, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities
Manage & handle IT acquisitions and IT contracts
Work closely with decision makers and other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for the company
Define and implement IT policies, procedure and best practices in coordination with central IT
Supervise and ensure the efficient operation on the company’s network, client servers, databases and equipment
