Currently working with an oil & gas Company in Jafza Free Zone.
In charge of full scope of HR activities (Recruitment, HRMS, Training, Performance Management Payroll & Labor Law) for a workforce of 120 people.
• Sourcing, interviewing and selecting right candidates for open positions
• Conducted employee satisfaction survey and based on the results, suggested action plan to improve employee retention
• Prepared yearly HR KPI and conducted meeting with Managing Director to discuss the results and set up new metrics for the following year
• Created and implemented training plan based on annual performance results and skills requirements
• Conducted post training analysis once the training courses has been completed
• Supervised HRMS implementation and coordinated with the vendor for improvement of current features & new customization
• Sourced CV for job positions in KSA and Malaysia and conducted interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Drafted employment contracts in line with new labor law in UAE
• Prepared comparison summaries between labor laws in KSA and UAE
• Onboarded KSA nationals remotely and introduced them to Company policies and procedures, HR systems
• Liaise with brokers and insurance companies to provide best health and life coverage policies to employees
During the current role I was leading a team of HR professionals to support the full scope of HR activities in an infrastructure project with more than 200 employees
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for role vacancies
• Advertised job positions on Easycruit platform and participated in open house mass recruitment event
• Designed and implemented on boarding process for new hires
• Drafted and sent for lawyer approval the policies related to entry/exit procedures from Denmark and internal prevention measures during Covid period
• Conducted salary check and monthly meetings with Union Representatives to ensure that all subcontractors follow Danish collective agreement
• Coordinated with Headquarter in Italy to engage new employees in Denmark project

During this role I was supporting the HR Business Partner Middle East and I was in charge of HR Department for Umm Lafina Bridge Project with over 600 employees
Talent Acquisition:
• Responsible for whole recruitment process (including sourcing, interviewing, on boarding and selecting qualified candidates)
• Collaborated with Department Heads, conducted job analysis, crafted job descriptions for key positions and advertised them on different sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukrigulf, Bayt.com,
Gulf Talent)
• Created and maintained candidate’s talent pool to fulfill future requirements
• Prepare and monitor annual workforce budget, ensure it is in line with the corporate strategy and
forecasts workforce requirements that meet future project needs
HR Administration Management & Shared Services:
• HR General administration (employment certificates, appointment letters & work contracts, internal communication memorandums, employee files, visa formalities, compensation, and benefits administration)
• Participated in Auditing activities and prepared required documentation (HR Management plan, Employee handbook, HR Welfare Policy)
• Prepared monthly, quarterly, and yearly statistical information on HR subjects (manpower planning, HSE and sustainability reports)
HR Information Management:
• Implemented new HRIS together with Cartel vendor and IT Department to manage data and payroll activities for more than 600 employees
HR Leadership
• Conducted meetings with stakeholders to update on the progress, cost, and impact of the recruitment on the business
• Coached HR Department team in implementing procedures to improve employee experience (joining induction, team building, targets and rewards programs
• Counselling and supporting management and staff on HR matters (legal compliance, conflict resolution, HR policies and procedures, recruitment employee retention & benefits entitlement)

Employee Relations & Risk Management:

During this role I was working closely with the HR Manager and ensuring the HR specific support for metro project
• Conducted Recruitment Campaigns at Qatar University with the scope to recruit fresh graduated future employees
• Preparing employee census information for insurance registration and monthly reports for safety and sustainability compliance procedures
• Mobilizing and demobilizing employees for different projects across GCC and Europe
• Opening Workmen Compensation cases for the work accidents on site5
• Sourcing out candidates for the new positions and arrange employment formalities (interview, salary negotiations, visa application, on boarding process, exit interview)
• Maintaining the employee's personal files records (driving license, health cards, residents permits, business visas etc.)
• Administration of expatriate leaves, flight tickets and other benefits
• Prepared all memos related to HR administration such as confirmation of service, employment contracts, transfers, promotions, employment certificates, resignations, and terminations.
