▪ Preparation of the Annual Procurement Plan
▪ Economic evaluation of supply and sale opportunities, analysis on market supply/demand/price.
▪ Portfolio management of natural gas corporate suppliers, through implementation of transactional procurement process (planning, sourcing, review & evaluation, negotiation of contract terms & conditions, contract finalization & management)
▪ Preparation of weekly and monthly status & progress reports to MOH senior management, as well as presentations to provide information/ seek approval on contract matters.

▪ Ensure smooth execution of deliveries including transfer of documentation between parties and appropriate escalation of any risks, as well as good document audit trail maintenance.
▪ Development of Compressed Natural Gas refueling stations: coordination of engineering design team, procurement of equipment, construction supervision (full EPC process).
▪ Regulatory, permitting and legal compliance for both natural gas and electricity generation projects: analysis & interpretation of respective EU rules, regulations and laws related to infrastructure development, trading and energy market integration.
▪ Actively engaged in the development of the company’s electricity generation projects, both domestic and international (conventional generation, natural gas and LPG)
▪ Monitoring the operation of Oil & Natural Gas sectors of the Hellenic Energy market. Participation in the pre-parliamentary legislative process of the appropriate measures related to compliance with competition rules and to the overall protection of the consumers in the energy market.
▪ Participation in the issuance of the Operation Codes of the National Natural Gas System.
▪ Creation of the appropriate methodologies and details for the implementation of above Operation Codes.
▪ Drafting tariffs Regulation (subject to approval by the Minister of Development), and regulation of the terms and conditions for the provision of balancing services. Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities of other countries, international Organizations and the European Commission.
▪ Reporting on an annual basis to the Commission on market dominance, predatory and anticompetitive behavior on the basis of the appropriate information submitted by the Competition Authority.
▪ Participation in project teams for the procurement of legal services related to legislation preparation & drafting (public e-procurement standards & practices)
▪ Participation in project team for the regulation of all matters concerning the interface between electricity and natural gas markets.
▪ Member of tender committees for the procurement of materials and services, experience with the implementation of Law 4412/2016 and 4413/2016 for Public Procurement.
▪ Analysis and selection of supply sources to select the most suitable suppliers, able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing (direct procurement)
▪ Development and management of the roster of suppliers, through implementation of best practices.
▪ Negotiation on terms such as lead time and cost, delivery terms and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
▪ Implementation of proper monitoring and control of procurement processes including RfQ, receipt & evaluation of quotations, contract management & negotiation, insurance management and respective follow-up until successful project commissioning
▪ Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all procurement transactions to company's rules and policies.
▪ Preparation of Annual Procurement Budget and project cash flow analysis.
▪ Managing a team of 4 procurement engineers

Reporting on the estimation for the future development of the Greek energy market and its interconnection plans.
▪ Responsible for the procurement, import/export, logistics and supply chain activities of the country office.
