Coordinate project logistics for Gas To Gasoline Plant (Turkmenistan) project with clients/vendors/ shipping agents to ensure smooth shipping operation
Update project status to clients on the basis of their needs and expectations.
Coordinate with client for shipping forecast, plan and schedule.
Monitor and control the internal offices/departments or external subcontractors for shipments’ status via system.
Collect rates from both internal offices/departments or external subcontractors.
Generate quotations for ad hoc shipments

• Manage supply chain - customer service, procurement, logistics - for turnkey TV system integration projects in a team with Project Manager, Engineering, Trade Finance
• Handle sales administration for a particular territory: confirm product availability, receive customer purchase order, send sales order acknowledgement and arrange logistics in accordance with the client’s requirements; prepare client order backlog on a weekly basis
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and arrange all necessary documentation (certificates of origin, letters of credit, attested invoices, export/ import documentation etc)
• Monitor and control the budget expenditure (project margin) and provide regular reports to ensure the expenses are in line with the budget

• Oversee the daily operations of Home entertainment department from purchase order receipt to arranging logistics
• Order all integral parts (artworks, leaflets, boxes, spindle discs) for DVD and BluRay production; send purchase order to the manufacturer and make sure the ready product is goods receipted at the company warehouse
• Liaise with LA home office to arrange package and artwork design
• Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with customs clearance agents to make sure the materials are delivered on time
• Update company production plan and follow-up on it with the vendors across Europe, USA and Russia
• Analyze inventory and arrange replenishment on a weekly basis
• Prepare and authorize legal documentation for film distribution
• Supervise CIS licensees on operational and legal issues

• Create purchase orders & process invoices for outside vendors
• Create technical specifications for new projects
