o Setting strategies to achieve the fix yearly target of Microsoft Lebanon.
o Contact the firms by telephone to promote Microsoft products (Win 8 / Office 2013)
o Explain the product to authorized personnel.
o Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
o Handle customer questions
o Obtain customer information including names and addresses.
o Record customer details including reaction to the product.
