Yearly Sales Turnover @ 138M RMB (22.5M US$) achieved in 2013.

Lead and oversee the entire management spectrum (+80 employees) including Sales, Service (Operation/Sales), Technical Sales Support, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Service Center, Legal, IT over 9 regional offices.

Product and Service Salesforce reorganization on supporting different roads to market (Channel / Distributed / OEM / Direct Sales).

Assessment and development of long-term business partnership with Distributors and Dealers through creation of non-exclusive distributors agreements.

Successful development of the first OEM partnership with local Chinese customer (Military sector).

Key numbers:
- Constant improvement of subsidiary's (Product and Service) Global Sales Turnover (+10% vs 2012) @ 138M RMB (22.5M US$) achieved in 2013.

- Turnover done via Distributors channel (+8% vs 2012) @ 110M RMB (79% of Global Turnover).

- Turnover done via Direct Sales (+21% vs 2012) @ 28M RMB (21% of Global Turnover).

- Increase of Global Gross Margin (+27% vs 2012) by creating specific tools (dedicated price lists depending on roads to market and market segments, policies) and focusing on products (Medium range manufactured in China) and segments with higher profitability with effective switch on Product mix @ 28.9M RMB (4.7M US$).

- Reorganization of Service activities (focusing on maintenance contracts and spare parts replacement) with strong impact on profitability. Increase of Turnover (+8.5% vs 2012) @ 20.5M RMB (3.35M US$) with an increase of Gross Margin by +39%.

- Reduction of subsidiary's OPEX (-16% vs 2012) by reorganizing back office in a more efficient way and increasing control on expenditures.

- All those activities produced an increase of EBIT by +63% (vs 2012) in 2013 with projection of being positive by end of 2015 (target EBIT +8%) @ -6.6M RMB (-1.07M US$).

Technical and commercial support department manager responsible for International Business Department, in charge of commercial and technical biddings (HV/MV/LV electrical equipments), orders and subcontracts follow-up, contract negotiations and planning; monitoring of project profitability.

Management of 10 persons (sales, engineers, sales assistant).

Implementation of technical design reviews, manufacturing process and quality design/control plans.

Train manufacturing personnel on correct methods and procedures necessary for our production.

Development of new International Customers such as General Electric, Alstom, Aker, Areva, Technip, Degussa, FLSmidth, Saipem, Veolia, BMW...

Combining different equipments manufactured by my employer and my experience, full development of a new type of product: Electrical portable and modular building solutions (powerhouse).

- Generator cooled in air; Diesel generator
- Generator circuit breaker and Medium Voltage cell including phase bus ducts

Prepare deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements (design, quality, milestones....).

Ensure lessons learned from previous projects have been followed in terms of design, safety and quality.

Technical support to Bid and Tendering team and bid preparation.

Responsible for site commissioning, testing and maintenance of ALSTOM generators including excitation/regulation PLC cabinets, electrical protections (ABB/MiCOM...) and mechanical auxiliaries:
- stator water treatment system
- bearings hydraulic treatment system
- hydrogen and CO2 ventilation system
- including pumps, valves, temperature/conductivity transmitters, flowmeters...

Strong experience in construction and commissioning of multiple large thermal power projects (simple cycle, combined cycle power plants) up to 1.4GW.

Management of site electrical teams (Filipinos, Chinese, Indians).

Experience abroad (China, England, Taiwan, Kosovo, Oman, Thailand, Singapore, Morocco, Spain).
