Led the creation of new private equity funds, established and developed relations with the major investors and partners. Managerial financial and operational oversight of non-insurance operations. Implementation of all corporate governance instruments and procedures.

Responsibilities: identification and evaluation of business opportunities directed to the Fund; structuring transactions; conducting on-site due diligence, analysis and negotiations; extensive financial modelling and projecting; preparation of investment memoranda for the Investment Committee and Board of Directors; directing various legal counsels during deal execution process.

Responsibilities: Evaluation, structuring and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions. Performed extensive financial analysis and modelling. Worked on numerous corporate finance and M&A transactions (including the largest M&A and corporate finance deals of 1993 in oil & gas sector) involving major domestic and international energy companies. Participated in major Latin American energy privatisations.
