Oil & Gas Upstream Plant. Project wide Electrical Engineering and Maintenance support.
Day to day operation of all Electrical Systems on Onshore Gas Processing Facility including a 100MW Power Plant
Conducting electrical SAP routines at MIE proactive basis, electrical maintenance scheduling and reporting
Ensuring risk assessments and work permits are prepared/implemented prior to work commencing. (ISSOW)
Supervision and training of Russian national technicians
Provision of engineering support to construction teams
Verification and witness of commissioning tests, and vendor operations and documentation to the satisfaction of the Operations and Russian certifying authorities
Planning and coordination of maintenance activities at Onshore Processing Facilities accordance with Russian Federation and Shell's Standards. Follow to Design and Engineering Practice, Maintenance Integrity Execution, HSE Standards.
Responsible for planning and management of preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance at Project wide Electrical Facilities.
Supervision of a team of Contractor maintaining electrical equipment in hazardous/safe zones.
Sourcing and ordering of parts and spares to ensure continuous operation of Electrical facilities.
Arrange / procure subcontractor operations for work carried out on site
Manage and Report as a Field Operator Staff progress and completion of all contract/subcontract work to management
Contractor’s job management within Service and Material supplying Сontracts. Liaise with manufacturer and vendors. Equipment and Spare parts cataloguing and order. Communication with other Departments. Event investigations and Report issue. Design, development and implementation HSE procedures. Electrical Personnel Training Responsible Person. Planning and coordination of maintenance activities
