• Dealing with client calls and queries. Arranging meetings with customers and producers for the Operations team for business development. Acting as sole contact on behalf of customers and the business development team, including carrying out all administrative tasks.
• Conducting market research aimed at identifying new areas and trends for new & cross sell of business subsequent to the on-going market demand.
• Updating tracking tools setting reminders for team members in regard to tasks that need to be carried out for renewal of policies etc.
• Collecting sales data and assisting the head of department in the periodic sales and performance reports.
• Liaising with the Technical/Underwriting team & Operations team for the collection and distribution of renewal lists, assist and follow up in obtaining quotes or other customers’ daily requests from Technical team.
• Managing distribution list for customers, newsletters or communication.
• Preparing and processing and filing offers for the Business Development team.
• Assisting the concerned Business Developers in customer statements reconciliation, coordinating and verifying that the necessary corrections are made in coordination with the accounting and technical teams.
• Assisting the concerned Business Developers in outstanding collection from customers by following up with the concerned person. Checking and Auditing all documents received from clients including KYC and customer due diligence.
• Issuing monthly statement of customers to the Business Developers for signing and onward delivering of statements to the accounting department.
• Handling all business correspondence individually (internal & external).
