 Directly Reports to Project-in-Charge and General Manager
 Study the project specifications, drawings and our offers prior to submission.
 Preparation of approval documents such as Technical submittal, Material Submittals.
 Checking of system layout and shop drawings before submission to the contractor /consultant.
 Answering to technical queries received during the course of the project.
 Coordinate with the Engineering Team in the design of the window cleaning system.
 Co-ordinate with main contractor/ consultant / client related to technical issues and approval of system.
 Co-ordinate with the engineering team for the fabrication drawing & Bill of materials
 Co-ordinations for the purchase orders
 Close follow-up with vendors for deliveries of component and visiting them for inspection of material.
 Co-ordinations with the fabrication team for the timely delivery of fabricated materials
 Ensuring completeness of machine and cradle assembly and in house testing of the same.
 Responsible for project planning.
 Conducts regular site visit to ensure the continuous project progress.
 Closely monitoring the project from installation to handing over to ensure successful completion.
 Follow up with contractor/client for payments.

 Reviews and Design tender specifications and chassis data for Fire Fighting Vehicles and Airport Crash Tenders, Water and Foam Carrier and Trailers.
 Prepares a preliminary General Assembly drawings and load calculations for verifications of major equipments location, Water/Foam tanks, Pipelines and chassis capacity and sent to client for approval
 Identifies specific equipments, paints and raw materials to use and prepares BOQ's Purchase Demands & Subcontractor requisitions
 Designs and prepares detailed drawings in Pro-E, Solidworks and AutoCAD for production works, work instructions and procedures and technical inspection checklist for Factory Acceptance Test.
 Prepares painting specification and DFT requirement for external and underchassis coating
 Monitors the structural works during the production especially in installing of major components and mounting of body structures that designs to be followed and comply the chassis manufacturer’s specifications.
 Communicate with the departments involved in the process in identifying and search for optimum technical solution in any related problems that may occur in the design, materials or production.
 Check and approves the works done by subcontractor with QC coordination for quality.
 Prepares Operation and Maintenance manuals of the tender for commissioning to the client.
 Coordinates with QC for testing of finish product. Study and implement any modifications for improvement as per QC snags list and complying the tender specifications.
 Prepares as built drawings and review reports for future references.
 Filing and documentation as per ISO standards.
