1. Spearheaded the management of the Accessories line as a key component of company expansion efforts to penetrate the Middle East market, with a focus on serving Aramco Oil and Gas project and their primary suppliers.
2. Implemented strategies to increase production capacity, standard operating procedures, workforce capabilities, and product quality within the Accessories line.
3. Led the design and selection of equipment, as well as oversaw equipment design for new processes such as CNC threading, blasting, phosphating, and stress relieving.
