Provide administrative support & professional assistance to Managing Director, Operations Manager, Administration & Finance Manager with processing of general information, reports & correspondence; Involved in management & leadership teams; Actively participates and coordinates in major projects of the company; Liaise with the needs of the other branch offices in strategic regions;. Collate management reports. Create presentations. Organize additional support when necessary. Facilitate meetings and workshops on behalf of the Managing Director to include logistical preparation, from initiation through implementation; participate, take minutes & distribute such as necessary.
Act as HR Support by posting, sourcing CVs, interview, hire staff for various posts of required people for the company for UAE or Iraq branches. Attend seminars and trainings as required, develop forms, databases and strategies to provide organized, systematic and smooth applications for employee yearly, monthly and applicable leaves and attendance. Coordinate with various top managers of the company from different strategic offices by facilitating their contracts, documents, projects proposals and employee requirements.
Assist Personnel Department in facilitating attendance, leaves, hiring, termination and promotions of staff as per administrative agenda and protocols. Provide inputs on trainings and schedules to improve work service of staff and personnel according to head office requirements. Collate files of employees in accordance to leaves, benefits, vacations, misdemeanors and other applicable assessments.
As events coordinator: manage staff and clients' banquet parties, promotions and events from initiation to implementation.
