• Develop sourcing strategies for key goods/services. Define purchasing recommendations that support business
goals, in collaboration with senior management & stakeholders.
• Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures.
• In-Charge in analyzing & evaluating procurement requests and appropriateness of technical specifications of the materials/items required by the project team with respect to client specifications & requirement.
• Negotiate pricings based on technical requirement of the enquiry, terms and conditions of sale, and warranties of goods & services.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Source and select suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, review and clarify purchase orders and requisitions, recommending for award, executing purchase orders.
• Evaluate suppliers’ offers in terms of commercial and technical requirement.
• Coordinate with the project team & engineering team in terms of Technical matters about the requirements and other details.
• Exhibit significant savings through effective evaluation of suppliers and develop cost effective alternatives for procurement operations.
• Participate in internal and external meetings and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
• Interacts with project engineers, expeditors, shipping and finance in the preparation of Purchase Order and corresponding documentations.
• Monitor & Analyze trends in company spending and inventory control in order to make recommendations to
optimize inventory turns, and to identify areas for potential savings.
• Identify, monitor & recommend for a possible product/s to be considered for stock items.
• Analyze trends & market conditions for the present & future pricings, availability, lead-times of goods & services and make appropriate recommendations.
• Inter-act with internal clients & support groups as duly needed/requirement for job execution.
• Weekly & Monthly reports for savings, procured material status, secured credit facilities & outsource suppliers.
