• Managing and Supporting functions on HRA and aid on the business process by providingup to date Career Development Programs.
• Participate of Non-GMP, Management Training and Employee Career Development programs IDP
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.

• An individual responsible from the Top management to Develop the communication, with the top officials of SAGIA, MOCI, Modon, MOL, SFDA, SIDF, Saudi customs, , legal requirements, etc. to meet Saudi Bio goals
• To lead, guide and maintain the various departments reporting under General Services like: Administration, Public Relations, Safety and Security.

Director of HR Operation
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
3. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
4. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
5. Managing the recruitment and selection process
6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

9. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

13. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
