• Prepare RFP, approval notes, service orders and other related documents for international services procurements including but not limited to IRU and leased capacities, colocation facilities, ports, cross connections restoration facilities.
• Prepare business cases and justifications for capacity and infrastructure projects requiring capital investments.
• Plan and design international capacity solutions based on internal, WS and BSU requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies in coordination with mobily technology team and international carrier.
• Implement end to end international circuits, and infrastructure for mobily stakeholders including but not limited to international IRU and leased circuits, submarine capacities, VPNs, IP backbones peering backhauls, voice trunks, call center backbones and border fiber connections.
• Prepare handover documents for activated circuits and advise corresponding stakeholders in mobily on the closures deliveries.
• Maintain records and database for international circuits, quote requests, KSA transport requests and incoming presales inquiries from both WS and BSU.
• Prepare technical solution proposal for presale requests from WS and BSU.
• Consolidate capacity requirements from stakeholders for budgeting purpose.
• Negotiate pricing with international partners to achieve cost optimal solution for international capacities, for new purchases and renewals.
• Liaise with international partners and vendors, mobily stakeholders and managed network services vendors in planning and service delivery activities.
• Verify test results and circuits fitness for service.
• Capacity restoration planning and implementation.

 Planning and design the optical fiber networks.
 Preparation of specification and scope of work for communication networks systems.
 Installation, commissioning & accepting of new communications network projects and ensuring
that all associated drawings & documents are updated.
 Troubleshooting & analysis failures of optical fiber network.
 Supervision for installation & operation of DWDM Network project.
 Supervision for installation & operation of Network Management System project.
