- First responding at Suspicious/malicious/ Spam / Malware / Phishing Email and URL.
- Ability and configure Office 365 security and compliance.
- Administer and manage AFG Core Network infrastructure Devices.
- Ability to configure changes Wireless Network.
- Troubleshoot, configure and manage WAN, LAN and optimization Devices.
- Monitoring Network security Devices of AFG.
- Monitoring LAN and WAN for AFG and its Bus.
- Configuring and managing WAN and LAN for AFG and its Bus.
- Coordinating with Telecom providers for WAN links of AFG and its Bus.
- Coordinating with internet service providers.
- Handling network operation and providing network access permission to users.
- Ability to follow the configuration and change management practices.
- Coordinating with IT managers and IT supervisors of Bus. to understand and provide the solution for their UT requirement.
- Prepare and update all IT network infrastructure documentation.
- Prepare communication services billing including (data, DID-DOD and DIA) on a periodic basis.
- Configuring and managing IP Phone System ( CUCM, CM, Jabber, Skype for Business and Cisco Phone set)
- Configuring and managing the VCS system.
