 Planning and restructuring all insurance-related procedures as pre-approval, medical reports and invoices internal audit.
 Lead business development plans for existing and new clients and payers (insurance companies).
 Restructuring all patient journey steps in the hospital.

Responsible for
1-Strategic long and short term planning in coordination with CEO.
2-Monitoring performance level and correcting errors by all measures ( steering, concurrent and feedback ).
3-sharing in future budget planning with CFO.
4-Lead business development plans for existing and new clients and payers ( insurance companies ).
5- Assess and prioritize business opportunities.
