• Using LAMP®_ Gold Sheet_ (Miller Heiman Group) Methodology. To define and implement successfully sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
• Manage all aspects of engagements with key customers and built strong relationships (deep & wide) to understand customer business needs to provide appropriate products, value-based solutions, services, or appropriate sales channels (Engineering Back Office, Customer Service, Repair Center and Hilti Showrooms).
• Using Project Tracker and SAP_CRM & Hite-Site (Key Project Management Tool), I controlled all the data related to projects I handled, to maximize the share of wallet in the Key Project and Key Accounts and this led us to great results all the time.

• in 2014 I have achieved 200% out of assigned target (12 Million SAR invoiced under my accounts)
• In 2014 I rewarded as Best Account Manager in Hilti META Region and I got an incentive “7 days” trip to Europe.
• Execute and lead overall business activates for buying and potential customers for the assigned key project.
• Develop strong relationships with the technical decision makers to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti product specification within the assigned key project.
• Utilize all elements of the sales management process to actively analyses, implement and control the opportunities within key project.
• Develops and maintain appropriate projects/accounts tracking systems including activity and progress reporting and action plans based on a frequency established by sales manager.
• Supports the marketing department with competition information gathering and market sensing activates.
