COOP Training :
•Receiving employee paperwork (warning, absence, sickness, vacations, leaves. or appreciation letters) and assigning tasks to HR specialists for proper processing based on policies and procedures.
•Creating internal HR forms.
•Checking of monthly/weekly Recruitment reports.

•Compensation & Benefits: • Ensuring the employee's compensation data is available in the system

•Enable linkage of Zain employees’ data to HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) programs.
- Advertising vacancie, managing interviews and short-listing candidate.Manage the recruitment and selection process to include sourcing, interviewing, advertising and to liaise with recruitment agencies overseas.
