Working as Team Lead for Customer Care Center and Quality Controller.
Working on quality control including listening, following up and evaluating calls.
Ensure all information given to customers is up-to-date and correct.

Preparing Daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Participate in designing and proposing ways and mechanisms of quality control and ways of developing them.
Working on implementing new Call Center and CRM Systems.
Provide proper staff training in terms of quality as well as proposing training and development plans based on quality measurements.
Prepare proper work follow for all Customer Care employees.
Taking care of all customer complaints, issues, and requests and make sure all employees are giving proper support to each customer.
Setting work schedules for all customer care employees, rest times within work hours, and their leaves.
