Duties & Responsibilities
• Reading Plans and technical documents in order to prepare estimates
• Analyzing blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Consulting with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineering units, architects, clients, and contractor on estimates.
• Utilize software such as MS Office Suite, SAP, Rack up and other application to calculate estimates and organize the data.
• Consult with the vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and quotations.
• Prepare and present cost reports and proposals to clients or
management.
• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction and engineering projects based on project specifications and drawings
• Review cost estimates and contractor change orders prepared by sub contracted architect/engineering firms to ensure accountability
• Perform job site visit before and during construction to assure the job is being executed as estimated, discuss problem areas as they develop and offer solutions
• Ability to perform day to day assignment with minimal instruction
• Read & understand the scope of work of the Project.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Reviewing proposals for adherence to bid documents
• Enters, updates and maintains databases of cost information
• Compiling all documents related to each project for future reference
• Evaluate a product’s cost-effectiveness or profitability
• Prepares Monthly Reports
• Checking presentation base on the given quotation and specification
before submitting to client

Duties & Responsibilities
• Day to day management and Supervision of all activities of the project and monitoring the site labor force and the work to ensure effective implementation and operation.
• Calculation / estimation of Quantities such as Reinforcement, Concrete, Formworks, etc. using Microsoft office excel
• Material Take Off (MTO)
• Ensures that all the works and materials are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project
specifications and all applicable standards.
• Evaluates and checking work accomplishments and comparing to target schedule.
• Checking and monitoring of the Delivered Materials
• Inspection and verifies site structural and variation works
• Implements Environmental Health and Safety Procedures
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
• Checking, reviewing timesheet provided by timekeepers

Duties & Responsibilities
• Read & understand the scope of work of the Project.
• Analyze and checking the approved IFC drawing plan and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the accuracy of quantities calculation.
• Prepares Materials Daily Reports and Schedule of Works
• Preparing shop Drawing using AutoCAD and Microsoft office excel for Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), Embedded Plate, etc. Base on the IFC drawing, and to be submitted to General Contractor for reviews and approval before giving to Construction Team
• Meeting with the General Contractor to discuss the revised drawings such as redline base on the actual site report of site engineer.
• Calculating the Quantity as per approved shop drawing in every Item description using Microsoft office excel, and AutoCAD
• Monitoring, Calculation / estimation of Quantities such as
Reinforcement, Concrete, Coating, Formworks, etc. for Billing and counter checking the reports of all site engineer and as-build
• Material Take Off (MTO)
• Checking the supplier invoices of the Delivered Materials and counter checking with the requested Materials purchase order
• Calculating the monthly progress quantity as per RFI log in every item description.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per
specification
• Collecting Daily Accomplishment Report from all Site Engineer for
calculation of quantities for Billing and Providing Daily / Weekly
• Activities Report of the day-to-day activities to Main Office

Duties & Responsibilities
• Day to day management and Supervision of all activities of the project and monitoring the site labor force and the work to ensure effective implementation and operation.
• Managing construction projects and completing within budget and ahead of schedule.
• Study drawing to prove technical clearance to foreman in
coordination with the Project Manager
• Defining the project materials, manpower and equipment needed to finish the work assigned
• Checking and Monitoring of materials
• Providing Weekly and Daily Activities Report of day-to-day activities
• Checking the Quantity Calculation of the Subcontractors
• Regular sites visit to collect & verify the Progress status
• Meeting with the consultant to discuss the revised drawings.
• Negotiation of the properties that covered or affected with the road widening
• Checking, reviewing timesheet provided by timekeepers
• Material Take Off (MTO)
• Checking the supplier invoices of the Delivered Materials and
counter checking with the requested Materials purchase order
