• Communicating and negotiating with users, specialists, other staff and suppliers.
• Administering & designing LANs, WANs internet/intranet
• Design and configuring of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP on Cisco router
• Configuring Cisco ASA firewall administration, rule analysis, rule modification as (ASA5516x)
• Troubleshooting bluecoat proxy servers like (S200, $400)
• Configuring Cisco wireless controllers (WLC9800)
• Configuring Cisco Switches like (9200, 9300, 9400, 9500)
• Configuring indoor and outdoor WAP like (1815M, 18521, 1562D, 3852I
• Administering and configuring switch features like VTP, VLAN, STP, RSTP, L3 switching and inter-vlan routing
• Configuring redundancy protocols such as HSRP, VRRP, GLBP and VSS

-Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
-Update customer data and produce daily activity reports for the opened and closed incidents
- Walk customers through problem solving process
-Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
-Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
-Operating the satellite news gathering gears
-Running the master control room
-Entering the parameters to start modulating the carrier like up link frequency, symbol rate, bit rate, registration code and in which transponder i will go live and it will be vertical polarized or horizontal
- Monitoring on Air programs by receiving the channel that i have already line it up with the down link frequency to check and be sure that there is no technical error
