• Preparing all required reports related to sales target details monthly/ annual sales plans with take into consideration market trends, economic conditions and, marketing feedback, and sales campaign and team management activities as a daily report.
• Review reports received from Sales Supervisor pertaining to any arising issues pertaining to sales, customer requirements, and delivery of stock, inventory and take corrective actions, as required.
• Responsible for management of account assignment activities, including adjustments, dispute resolution and account investigation.
• Maintain awareness of market trends by understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, competitive products, legislation and brand awareness.
• Approve all COOPs food sales driven promotions, events, campaigns submitted by the Sales Supervisor according to the Sales Department’s predefined budget.
• Control the wastage by distribute, serve the customer, get new customers and new space to increase market share.
• Supervising the daily activities of assigned sales to achieve and exceed Monthly sales.
• Analyzed and interpreted sales data of the area to enhance and forecast sales.
