Ensure that the scope of the Industrialisation content is captured as part or as necessary separate LCM reviews
(DR, PR and TBR) and is applied appropriately (tailored) to the project.
Develop and ensuring the Project Management Plan and Schedule includes the industrialisation scope and is
realistic and meets compliance requirements.
Provide leadership for all proposed Typhoon Industrial Participation programmes within Saudi Industry to ensure
the effective and timely capability and/or support capability.
Accountable to the Director Industrialisation and Head of Capture for the overall integration of future Typhoon
Industrialisation capability transfer activities into Saudi Industry ensuring that:
o Planning, Monitoring and Control - all Programme/Projects employ effective Project Management
processes and adheres to Functional Governance requirements.
o Risk and Opportunity Management - Programme/Project risks and opportunities are understood and
managed within functional governance guidelines to the benefit of the Programme/Project.
o Performance Management - appropriate Programme/Project methodology is applied in line with business
governance.
o Life Cycle Management - Programme/Project documentation meets with LCM requirements and LCM
Reviews are conducted in line with schedule.
Manage the effective development of international OEM partnerships with Saudi Industry and ensure they are
maintained throughout the proposal activities.
Ownership of the Industrialisation elements of the Annex B Statement of Work.
Represent BAE Systems at all Customer forums and Programme reviews in relation to the delivery of the Industrial
Participation commitments during the proposal phase.
Some of the tasks are:
* Manage the successful delivery and completion of TEWS project activities and the sign off of any associated payment milestones.
* Effectively manage the Economic Offset Companies involved in the TEWS project.
* Support the development of the Statement of Work for the TEWS Sustainability Project.
* Continue to maintain regular liaison with key RSAF stakeholders involved in the TEWS project with a view to resolving any issues in a timely manner.
* Effectively manage the Business Support Activities for the KSA TSP team.
* Provide TEWS status updates to UK and KSA Project Managers in support of the Project Reporting System (PRS) monthly update in line with reporting cycle.
* Manage, review and update any owned TEWS Risks on a monthly basis.
* Effectively manage the Safety Health & Environment for the RAB 2 Offices and report up accordingly to the Aircraft Operations, SBDCP Core Programmes Vice Presidents.
Project Coordinator - Nov 2009 to date - Tornado Electronic Warfare Support Project - Riyadh
Some of the tasks are:
* Support the working level relationships and maintain regular liaison with the customer representatives.
* Effectively manage the Economic Offset Companies involved in the TEWS Project. Support the working level relationships and maintain regular liaison with suppliers (ISE & J&P) with a view to ensuring timely completion and provision of all TEWS Project Deliverables to the satisfaction of the RSAF.
* Produce and maintain all relevant project management reports, information and other documentation in line with project need and all relevant procedures.
* Coordinate Business Integration activities for the Tornado Sustainment Programme, including Project Reporting, Risk Reporting and TSP Value Planning.
Some of the responsibilities which I had are:
Re Design of some streets and Roads.
Study and Analyze the new Projects.
Supervise and Monitor the Contractors work (i.e. Bridges, Roads, and Highways).
