- Serve more than 30, 000 employees in KSA & UAE in a Construction Sector ESEC, with our support also for the rest fields of El-Seif Group, such as O&M, RDB, ESI, MES and Security Company.
- Managing all the activities related to Administrative Affairs, Personnel/Employment matters and Government Systems (WPS, GOSI, TAMM, Muqeem, HRDF, Taqat, Visas, Enjaz, MOL, Ajeer and so on), as well as the digitization of the Employees Self Service, Employees Letters and Contracts.
- Working alongside the ERP team to develop and automate/ digitize all of HR services through Oracle Systems.
- Responsible for ensuring company business is running smoothly with improving the work outputs in HR & Admin activities especially in these three sections of Support Services (Government Relations, Administrative Affairs, Housing and Transportation) at Safari Group (HQ) for more than 15, 000 workers in a multinational corporation.
- Created and designed the organization structure (chart) and budget of Support Services Dept. in addition to review and follow-up our needs, vacancies, goals and plans in these sections such as housing maintenance plans (long and short-term), preventive plan, corrective plan and development plan.
- Ensure contracts and suppliers of services, government regulations and safety standards are followed properly, monitor facility security, services bills, transportation and other aspects of support.
- Manage and providing all housing services to the group staff both males and females who were accommodated in various housing compounds and rental buildings, and responsible for day-to-day facility management of all housing areas and solve each problems or maintenance orders immediately.
- Participation in overseas recruitment and travel to do job interviews, employment process and job offers.
- Programmer for “Support Services Program” & designed, developed and implemented the idea of a board “Administrative Excellence Tower” to improve efficiency of the sections.
- Participant, effective and assistant to the rest of HR sections such as Recruitment, Personnel Affairs, Training and others. I also got rewards “Employee of the Month” twice.
- Mandated to work as a General Manager of Human Resources & Administration Department, for several periods alongside my work.
