Coordinate activities, resources, and information and liaise with clients to identify project requirements, scope and objectives. Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants. Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.

Responsible for both SNG and MCR broadcasting for many customers with different methodologies. Provide customer service at phone for customers' satellite access and problem solving. Offer IT support and development for the company. Help the department manager with the schedule, mails and interviewing new employees.
