The U.A.E. based Group of Companies, with branches in multiple countries, is engaged
in production and distribution of Herbal Products across the world. After being inducted
at Hemani, I passionately undertook the below endeavors with zero supervision:-

⌂ Shifting Books of Accounts to Focus ERP and phasing out MS Excel which was being used to maintain General ledger and other reports.
⌂ Activated Profit Centers and Departments and prepared reports accordingly
⌂ Development of a smooth & efficient Sales Workflow process fully utilizing ERP capabilities. This dramatically reduced redundancy of work and was a huge relief to Sales Team.
⌂ Devised a highly effective Logical Coding System for products (800 + products) which dramatically reduced stress of memorizing the item name for anyone operating the ERP.
⌂ Personally developed Print Layouts and Reports in Focus ERP.
⌂ Developed and presented simple to intricate Business Intelligence Reports using Advanced Excel
⌂ Development of Department Task & Activity Report.
