• Coordinate, collect and validate shipment volume, transportation cost and infrastructure data for modelling from the field.
• Ensure a well maintained database is developed for all AMEA Ops and network models are refreshed on an annual basis.
• Develop end to end Supply Chain distribution models to evaluate alternative strategies and recommend optimized solutions to business prior to major Capital investments. This would cover both manufacturing and DC footprints

•Led operations metrics submissions in MEA Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Business Plan across the region
•Acted as Supplier Quality Assurance manager for 6 months auditing PepsiCo suppliers in Africa (packaging and raw material)
•Led the operating productivity reporting and monitoring process ensuring adequate tracking and evaluation of various KPI’s post launch of projects (total value of $40m) and providing the necessary support in the application
•Maintained global operations systems and liaised with the Global Team and field to improved data capturing
•Conducted several one-on-one training sessions targeting high profile audience focusing on best practice tools
•Analyzed and reported Optimization KPIs and presented respective action plans to the customer planning team.
•Acted as Customer interface coordinating between the customer’s technical team and Nokia Siemens team, supervised the implementation of the projects as per their request improving customer satisfaction
•Planned, designed and installed swapped Networks (Siemens to Nokia) in Levant region liaising with the customer planning team
