• Ensure that the training, development and motivation of sales team are implemented as well as coaching and monitoring stores managers to ensure that all employees are encouraged to maximize their capabilities and contributions.

• Full Coordination with the direct superior on Advertising or Promotional campaigns to improve the sales operation inside stores
• Improving the Average Transaction Value ( ATV) and the Unit per Transaction ( UPT ) in order to grow sales profit.
• Monitor the Inventory and stocks for each store.
• Coordination with Projects Team continuously for the new store opening and plan together.

• Suggest changes or recommendation to the stores managers and the sales team to improve the image and merchandising

• Monitor the efficient and orderly shelf exposure and product pricing
• Supervising the sales team work programs and insure their proper execution
• Controlling the high discounts prices during the sales period.

• Understand client and the requirements (Corporate mission, structure and ownership, knowledge, products, and all categories. brands competition)
• Understand consumer and get to know the target audience attitudes, behavior, motivation, etc…

• Introductions and presentations to prospective and potential clients.
• Follow up with customers/ Clients who have potential for growth and business.
