• Prepare Cost effective Project plan to meet the agreed
contract dates.
• Coordinating with the designer to finalize the most efficient
design to meet the client requirement and Marine standards,
and setting a time frame as per project plan.
• Prepare all required Material lists and Coordinate with
Procurement Department to get Materials on time as required
for Project as per project plan time frame.
• Ensure operations are carried out in accordance to
international shipyard safety standards.
• Monitoring all progress and ensure timely completed
assignments in costly effective way without compromising
quality.
- Finalizing the Contract with the client and making sure all technical matters have been covered in the contract.
- Prepare Cost effective Project plan to meet the agreed contract dates.
- Coordinating with the designer to finalize the most efficient design to meet the client requirement and Marine standards and setting a time frame as per project plan.
- Prepare all required Material lists and Coordinate with Procurement Department to get Materials on time as required for Project as per project plan time frame.
- Coordinate with procurement team and suppliers to make sure that materials are within the set budget for procurement of the project.
- Ensure operations are carried out in accordance to international shipyard safety standards.
- Monitoring all progress and ensure timely completed assignments in costly effective way without compromising quality.
- Ensure project is completed in accordance to Rules and Regulations of International Classifications Society.
- Check Client Requirements and offer the required products or alternative from Technical Point of view.
- Allocate new suppliers or factories and negotiate long term business.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and meeting their requirements.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Monitoring supplies and liaise with Logistics department for efficient delivery.
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up if required.
- Prepare Proposal for new building vessel.
- Preparing all the required drawings for Class approval.
- Preparing stability booklet and assess it according to the right criteria.
- Preparing production drawings for workshop.
- Calculating the scantling in accordance to classification society’s rules.
- 3D modelling using variety of software like Rhino and Maxsurf, for hull, Outfitting and Piping.
- Calculate the required piping dimension in accordance to the classification society's rules.
- Preparing piping production drawing.
- Producing CNC programs and nesting plans.
- Preparing Commissioning procedures per class rules and manufacture suggestions.
- Performing the commissioning to all equipment and offer to class surveyor.
- Managing all vessel class certificates and Flag authority agreements and exemption.
