•Managing Fleet of 450+ vehicles and variety of 22, 000 assets.
•Procurement, manufacture and disposals of vehicles suitable to meet the forces requirements whilst maximizing value for money.
•Responsible for developing annual operation plan in align with the company and management and business objective.
• Overseeing volume, warehouse, and delivery personnel; potentially across multiple locations.

•Design, implement and manage policies, procedures and reporting to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations involving transportation, safety, and environmental regulations related to fleet. This includes interaction with high-ranking officials for local, state and federal agencies acting as a representative on behalf of fleet issues having system-wide or social impact.
•Responsible for regional fleet asset management, including identification of regional opportunities for the development deployment of the annual business plan and tactical.
•Manage All Facilities maintenance works
•Maintain buildings integrity up to business requirement

•Monitor Work Progress through daily report compared to plan
•Select and negotiate with subcontractors

HVAC Installations and
Ensure the marketing equipment assets (coolers, vendors and fountain) and facilities are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
•Select, coach, train and develop marketing equipment service technicians.
•Route ride with marketing equipment service technicians in order to coach them on processes and develop their technical skills.
•Minimize equipment downtime.
•Ensure that equipment is moved and delivered per customer requirements according to PBC policies Ensure the Marketing Equipment department meets the annual operating plan budget.
•Supervise Facilities daily maintenance works
•Train technicians on the best practices of technical applications
•Conduct Safety and rescue trainings by third party
Perform General Mechanical Hands on Repairs and Maintenance works on virus fleet equipments I.e. Forklifts. Flour Silos tractor Heads, light trucks, saloon vehicles, Air Compressors and Other Hydraulic Lifting Machinery.
Facility Management
• Review and approve Maintenance tenders and proposed details, conditions and projects.
• Setup work plans, procedures and Standards.
• Lead Meetings with Property Owners, managers, projects managements, designers, consultants and subcontractors
•Handel fit out works for restaurants, offices, etc.
• conduct projects progress review with subordinates
• Train and update subordinates on the latest government standards and international Related Technology updates
