My job rules Responsible for all electrical maintenance power, instrumentation and automation activities and troubleshooting. Record the electrical maintenance reports, pm schedules and ISO reports. • Instrument and electrical installation and commissioning activities. • Inspection of material on receipt at warehouse. • Onsite inspection of installations and punch listing. • Witnessing of calibration of instruments, leak tests, cable insulation tests etc. • Connection of Field instruments to RTU panels • Simulation, Testing and Pre‐Commissioning of all wired instruments with RTU panel • Ensure that as‐built drawings are prepared and maintained completed project files including all loop drawings, updated interlock and logic drawings. • Supervision of instrument and control system maintenance activities. • Trouble shooting, maintenance of field instruments like transmitters, control valves. • Shutdown planning and maintenance.
My Technical Issues
• Instrument installation and commissioning activities.
