Duties and Responsibilities :
• Create, review & develop HR policies,
• Propose new HR functions which can lead to company objective like performance management system,
• Grantee the full compliance with governmental regulations.
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems and training needs.
• Handled Manpower Planning activities.
• Make sure that all vacancies and recruiting procedure are on truck.
• Conduct managerial positions interviews.
• Ensure that current records of all employees are up-to-date
•Advise managers on organisational policy updates and matters.
•Plan, coach and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities :
• responsible for recruitment in the company, making offers and interview the candidates,
• Monitor daily attendance.
• Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
• Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel
• Explain and provisions of the personnel policy.
• Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labour standards and Fair Practice Act.
• Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
• Schedule and organise interviews
• Participate in applicant interviews
• Handling personnel files; data entry, following up, updating, reporting
• Handling the Public Social Insurance Establishment’s (GOSI) file
